The muanbot-x6 is mainly suitable for pig farm gutter cleaning, including underground gutters, open gutters, the areas under sow stalls and finishing barn drainage gutters. With a body of 680×480×330mm and a total weight of 26.75kg, it flexibly enters most gutter structures, and combined with 360° rotation and the 220mm lifting scraper, it covers all kinds of complex trenches.

A high-pressure water source and a suitable high-pressure washer are needed as the pressure supply. The gutter should leave walking and take-up space on both sides for the robot and cable reel. Before purchase, we recommend discussing the site conditions with the Muan technical team for tailored advice.

Remote control system: standard 15–60m control range. Operators complete the full gutter cleaning job from a safe area outside the pig house, without entering the high-risk gutter environment, avoiding hazards such as hydrogen-sulfide poisoning and slip-and-fall injuries. Vision system: a 5MP HD dual-camera setup with infrared night vision and 4×3W LED lighting; paired with the 10.1-inch control computer, it streams the operation in real time. In dark, lightless underground gutters the image stays clear, making it easy to identify stubborn manure and cleaning blind spots for precise rinsing.

Regular installation (unpacking, water/power connection, control computer pairing, full commissioning) can be completed within half a day. Installation is performed on site by Muan professional engineers, followed by a cleaning test and delivery.

The reel uses manual take-up with a standard 60m cable and encoder-based length metering, so you always know the cable length. Pay out the cable as the robot moves during work, then reel it back in manually when done. It is easy to carry and supports mobile operation.

The replacement cycle depends on operating frequency and water quality. Generally, we recommend checking every 3–6 months and replacing promptly when wear or aging is found. Muan provides original seal spare parts — contact after-sales to purchase replacements.

Turn off the high-pressure water source, remove the nozzle and clean the debris inside. If the water has high sand content and clogs frequently, we recommend installing an inlet filter. After daily work, briefly rinse the lines with clean water to effectively reduce clogging.

The muanbot-x6 has passed the IP65 protection rating test and can withstand low-pressure water jets from all directions. We recommend checking the sealing state of body seams and cable interfaces weekly, and promptly replacing any damaged seal rings, avoiding direct high-pressure water on unsealed areas.

The equipment carries a standard warranty. Failures caused by product quality during the warranty period are repaired free of charge by Muan. Consumable parts (nozzles, seals, etc.) are not covered. Specific warranty terms follow the purchase contract.

Contact the Muan after-sales team by phone or WeChat, describe the fault and attach on-site photos/videos. The after-sales team responds within 24 hours, prioritizing remote diagnostics; if an on-site visit is needed, engineers arrive with spare parts.

Yes. On delivery, Muan engineers provide on-site control training covering joystick operation, view monitoring, cable handling and daily maintenance, with an operation manual included. For new staff later, contact after-sales to arrange refresher training.
